• Standard delivery generally takes 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Deliveries to metro cities may arrive sooner.
• Deliveries to remote, rural, or non-metro locations may require additional transit time.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages

At present, Frystal.in ships only within India.

We do not currently offer international shipping services.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner for delivery, shipping timelines become dependent on third-party logistics providers.

While we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipment-related issues, Frystal shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
