Refund & Return Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to deliver quality products. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made on our website.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 2 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal dislike, change of mind, or color variation due to lighting/photography.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Earrings

  • Nose pins

  • Personalized/custom jewellery

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale


3. Return Process

If your order qualifies for a return:

  1. Contact us at [add your business email] within 2 days of receiving the product.

  2. Include your order number, clear images of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product back unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).


4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, or wallet).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Replacement / Exchange

If the product is available in stock, we can replace it with the same item or a similar design.
If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued as per our policy.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.

  • Refund for a cancelled order will be processed within 5–7 business days.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Frystal.in is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit after dispatch. However, we will help you coordinate with the courier service if such an issue arises.
