  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with the tracking details.

  • During high-demand seasons or sale periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most pincodes across India through reliable courier partners.
If your delivery location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.


3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery takes approximately 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Metro cities may receive deliveries faster, while remote areas may take longer.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or order values as part of promotional campaigns.

  • Otherwise, a nominal shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to monitor the status and expected delivery date of your order.


6. Delays and Issues

While we strive for timely deliveries, Frystal.in is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or regional lockdowns.

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.
    If a package is returned to us due to address errors or non-collection, reshipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • Please check your parcel upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept it and inform us immediately.

  • In case of a missing or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos for review.


8. International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
